School Lockdown After Shots Fired

WAVELAND, Miss.  – Waveland Elementary School was on lock-down until at least noon Friday.

Police say two children who live in the area shot at a car in the school’s drop off line with a BB gun.  No one was hurt; and the school went on lock-down immediately after the shooting.  The two children believed to be responsible have been arrested.  And everything is back to normal at the school.
